We partner with a major producer and exporter of Grape Juice Concentrate (GJC) who runs manufacturing facilities both in Chile and Argentina.
In state of the art plants, GJC from both, red and white grapes is produced to meet and exceed the most demanding international standards. Grapes come from both own vineyards and from a select number of suppliers are used. A modern information system is in place to ensure both, traceability and quality.

White Grape Juice Concentrate
It is made from Vitis vinifera grapes, with no fermentation, in different varieties. Only sound selected grapes are used from which water is extracted. It is a dense pale amber syrup, 100% natural, with no savoring or color additions of any sort. 65º or 68º Brix and SO2 content according to the customer's request.

  Red Grape Juice Concentrate
It comes from sound selected grapes with no fermentation from which the water has been extracted. The dense syrup is of an intense red color with no savoring or color additions of any sort. The red color intensity ranges from 250 to 800. 65º or 68º Brix and SO2 content according to the customer's request.
